Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in One Stop Construction! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Client”) and One Stop Construction (“Company”) regarding the services we provide.
1. Scope of Services:
The specific services provided will be detailed in a separate written agreement (“Project Agreement”) signed by both parties. This Project Agreement will supersede these Terms in the event of any conflict.
2. Project Estimates and Payments:
- The Company will provide a written estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, labor costs, and estimated timeline for completion.
- A deposit of 30% will be required upon signing the Project Agreement. Progress payments may be required throughout the project, as outlined in the agreement.
- The final payment will be due upon completion of the project and your satisfaction with the work.
3. Change Orders:
Any changes to the scope of work after the Project Agreement is signed must be agreed upon in writing by both parties through a Change Order document. This document will detail the changes, impact on cost and timeline.
4. Project Timeline:
The Company will make every effort to complete the project according to the agreed-upon timeline in the Project Agreement. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. The Company will keep the Client informed of any potential delays and their cause.
5. Warranties:
The Company warrants the quality of its workmanship for a period of [warranty period] on all projects. This warranty covers defects in materials and labor.
6. Client Responsibilities:
- The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the project.
- The Client will provide the Company with reasonable access to the project site during working hours.
- The Client is responsible for the disposal of any existing furniture, fixtures, or appliances not included in the project scope.
7. Termination:
This agreement may be terminated by either party for cause upon written notice. Cause may include breach of contract, insolvency, or other material failures to meet obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability:
The Company’s liability under these Terms is limited to the total cost of the project. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the services provided.
9. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled through mediation.
10. Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions, along with the Project Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the services provided.
11. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
